How the team is structured

Small enough to know your job, resourced enough to finish it

Every HRE Built project is run by one site supervisor who is accountable for the program, the trades and the quality of the work. You are not passed between a salesperson, a designer and a project manager who have never spoken to each other.

Behind that supervisor sits the design and estimating team who priced your job, and a group of licensed trades we work with repeatedly across Melbourne — which is why our programs hold and our defect lists are short.

We build in the suburbs our people live in, from the south east through the bayside and inner east to the western growth corridor.

Design and drafting

Concept planning, working drawings and documentation — turning how you want to live into a plan that can be permitted and built.

Estimating and pre-construction

Itemised fixed-price quoting, engineering coordination, soil reports, energy ratings and permit lodgement before a tool comes out.

Site supervision

One supervisor accountable for your project from first excavation to handover, with weekly photo updates and a live program.

Licensed trades

Carpenters, plumbers, electricians, waterproofers, plasterers and tilers we use repeatedly because their work holds up.

Client liaison

One phone number and one email thread. Selections, variations and stage claims all handled through the same point of contact.

Handover and warranty

Defect walkthroughs, compliance certificates, warranty documentation and follow-up after you have moved back in.
