Registered, insured and building to the standards that matter

Compliance is not paperwork you chase at the end. Registration, insurance, licensed trades and certified waterproofing are set up before construction starts and documented in your handover pack.

Credentials

What we hold and what it covers

Registered building practitioner

HRE Built works as a registered building practitioner under Victorian building regulations and the National Construction Code. Registration details are supplied with every contract.

Domestic building insurance

Domestic building insurance is taken out on applicable residential contracts, in line with the Victorian requirements for the contract value.

Public liability cover

Public liability insurance is maintained for all residential and commercial work, and certificates of currency are available on request.

Workers' compensation

WorkCover coverage is held for our employed staff, and we require current cover and licences from every subcontractor on site.

NDIS-approved builder

We deliver Specialist Disability Accommodation and home modifications, building to the SDA Design Standard and working from occupational therapist reports.

Licensed trades only

Plumbing, electrical, gas and waterproofing are carried out by appropriately licensed trades, with compliance certificates issued to you at handover.

Registration and ABN numbers to be published. We only publish licence numbers, ABNs, association memberships and certificate numbers once they have been supplied and verified by HRE Built.
