Built in Melbourne, for Melbourne

HRE Built started with a simple frustration: too many Melbourne homeowners were being handed vague quotes, moving deadlines and a phone number nobody answered. We set out to run building projects the way we’d want ours run — clear numbers, real dates and someone accountable on site.

Today our team includes designers, registered building practitioners, site supervisors and licensed trades who live in the suburbs they build in. That local grounding matters when you’re working around a heritage overlay in Fitzroy, a sloping block in Eltham or an after-hours retail fitout in the CBD.

We’re an NDIS-approved builder, and a meaningful share of our work is Specialist Disability Accommodation and home modifications — projects where the detail directly changes how independently someone lives.
